What is the cancellation policy?

Please cancel sessions with over 24-hours notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24-hour notice are billed in full, as Dr. Lewin has held the spot in her schedule.

No, Dr. Lewin is an out-of-network provider. She is able to furnish monthly statements that you can submit to your insurance company for them to reimburse you directly.
